In June of this year, a high-end self-service laundry, operated by our customers, Wash & Dry Concept, was put into operation in Düsseldorf. This laundry is fully equipped with Kingstar devices, including 8 15kg washing machines and 2 stackable 15kg dryers. At present, users are very satisfied with the equipment and the service of this self-service laundry.
Kingstar works perfectly with the customer’s payment system. Through the application, digital payment and cash payment can be realized. The convenient payment method has received unanimous praise from users. Also, digital payment improves the revenue management of self-service laundries and improves work efficiency.
In addition, the Kingstar commercial washing machine also has satisfactory performance. It has a lower suspension spring shock absorption structure design and German-brand dampers. This results in low vibration and low noise. It can be directly used in your laundry on any floor without the need for a foundation. The inner drum is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which will not rust even after long-term use. It affects the washing quality. The main drive adopts a 3-bearing design, which is of high strength and long service life. The electrical components, wires, connectors, etc., are all of high-quality brands to ensure the stability of the equipment during use. In addition, Kingstar washing machines adopt a touch screen design, which can store various commonly used laundry programs, which is simple for customers to wash with one click. It also stores multiple commonly used languages and has many thoughtful designs, so that it is convenient for all types of customers to use.
Kingstar stackable dryer has a double-layer design, and can reduce floor space and operating costs for laundry shops. The inner cylinder of the dryer is also made of stainless steel, which is durable. The inner drum’s volume-to-rated load ratio is 1:20. The large volume of the inner drum is good for the stretching of clothes, reduces wrinkles on clothes after drying, and is also convenient for customers to dry large items. The Kingstar dryer also has a touch screen design. Users can edit corresponding drying programs based on different fabric types of clothes, and it is easy to use. The high-performance and high-power heater, combined with the optimized air duct design and the fast cold and hot circulation technology of the fan, not only enables efficient drying but also prevents clothes from being damaged by excessively high temperatures. It also saves energy for laundries.
After more than 3 months of usage, Kingstar industrial washing machines and dryers, cooperating with the Wash & Dry Concept’s payment system, have such obvious advantages.
It is believed that Kingstar and Wash & Dry Concept will jointly promote the development of self-service laundry shops towards greater convenience and intelligence. Next year, we will continue to deepen our cooperation and are expected to open approximately 50 more laundries in Germany.
