Neat and efficient
Folding knives will ensure that linens are more neatly folded. It can automatically identify and sort various types of linens (bath towels, floor towels, towels, etc.), then adjust to the corresponding mechanical templates.
Technical features
After folding, the linens fall directly onto a dedicated stacker, which we offer as standard with triple stacking, but can also be selected as quad stacking, which can be achieved by modifying the width of the outfeed stacker, which is optional.
Once the stacking platform reaches the set height, the linens are smoothly transported to the conveyor line by the synchronous telescopic system.
In order to allow the two towel folders to be placed together in coordination with each other, the two machines can be used in parallel, and the linens from the two towel folders are placed on the final conveyor belt, allowing all the linens to be automatically transported towards the central conveyor belt, leading to the packaging machine and sorting area.
A grating width measuring device is set at the feeding place to detect the width of the towel fed in and automatically switch to the appropriate folding formula;

There are multiple conveying platforms arranged at the lower end of the machine, each of which is designed with a roller motor and cylinder to ensure that the stacked towels can be delivered in time; (This function is more effective when two are matched with one)
This towel folding machine can have a variety of configurations for users to choose from. One host can be equipped with one discharge conveyor line, or two hosts can share one discharge conveyor line. The discharge conveyor line is placed between the two hosts, and the layout is more compact.
