- The height of the feeding platform of the towel folder is adjustable to meet the needs of operators of different heights. The feeding platform has been lengthened to make longer towels have better adsorption.
- The S.towel towel folder can automatically identify and classify according to the length of various types of linens, so there is no need to sort them in advance. If the same length of linen requires different folding methods, the CLM-TEXFINITY towel folder can also be sorted by width. The sorting and folding method can also be used to accurately identify towels of the same length but different colors by the optional photo-eye recognition device installed on the feeding platform, so that the towels can be distinguished by color.
- The S.towel towel folder can sort and fold all kinds of towels. For example: sheets, clothing (T-shirts, nightgowns, uniforms, hospital clothing, etc.), laundry bags and other dried linens, with a maximum folding length of up to 2400m m.
- After the towels are folded, they will fall directly onto the dedicated stacker below. When the stacker stacks to a certain height, it will push the towels to the final conveyor belt (included in the equipment). The stacker can be placed on the left or right side of the towel folder to transport the linen to the front or back of the equipment.
- Compared with similar equipment, S.towel has the least moving parts and all standard parts are used. In addition, the new towel folder has better adjustability when changing the drive belt.
Towel Folder Features
After folding, the linens fall directly onto a dedicated stacker, which we offer as standard with triple stacking, but can also be selected as quad stacking, which can be achieved by modifying the width of the outfeed stacker, which is optional.
Once the stacking platform reaches the set height, the linens are smoothly transported to the stacking conveyor by a synchronous telescopic system.
In order to allow the two towel folders to be placed together in coordination with each other, the two machines can be used in parallel. The linens from the two towel folders are placed on the final conveyor, allowing all the linens to be automatically transported towards the central conveyor leading to the packaging machine and sorting area.
Folding Styles
S.towel folder can fold up to 4 times, offering a wide variety of folding styles. Each type can be individually programmed, adding more flexibility to the equipment.
