If customers encounter equipment issues that are difficult to resolve, our after-sales engineers will fly to the customer’s location, providing on-site maintenance to alleviate customer concerns.
Warranty & Spare Parts Support
All Kingstar products come with a 2-year warranty. Within this period, any damaged parts will be replaced free of charge. This applies to washing machines, dryers, and coin-operated machines. In addition, we can provide lifetime spare parts support for our customers.
