We have a team of professional after-sales engineers with extensive experience and advanced skills, available 24/7. If customers encounter equipment issues that are difficult to resolve, our after-sales engineers will fly to the customer’s location, providing on-site maintenance to alleviate customer concerns.
Spare Parts Support
The entire washing machine unit, including wet washing machines, comes with a 3-year warranty. Within these three years, any damaged parts will be replaced free of charge. The drying machine unit is covered by a 1-year warranty, and within this period, any damaged parts will also be replaced free of charge. We can provide customers with lifetime spare parts support.
Warranty
All Kingstar wet washing machines are covered by a 3-year warranty, while the bearings have a 5-year warranty. The drying machines are covered by a 1-year warranty.
