Yes, except for mechanical parts, most of our electronic accessories and pneumatic accessories are all purchased from standardized parts in the market. These parts are all international brands, including frequency converters, PLC programmable controllers, servo motors, servo drives, Time-delay relays, light eyes, pneumatic valves, cylinders, etc.

Kingstar has an intelligent flexible sheet metal processing workshop, which consists of a 1,000-ton material warehouse, 7 high-power laser cutting machines, 2 CNC turret punching machines, 6 imported high-precision CNC bending machines, and 2 automatic bending units. More than 30 high-end precision CNC lathes. There are also more than 120 sets of hydraulic forming equipment, a large number of special planes, welding robots, precision testing equipment, and nearly 500 sets of large and valuable molds for various sheet metal, hardware, and injection molding.
Can produce 200 sets of tunnel washer systems and 500 sets of ironing lines per year.

Since 2001, Kingstar has strictly followed the ISO9001 quality system specification and management in the process of product design, manufacturing and service.
In 2019, the ERP information management system will be introduced to realize fully computerized process operation and digital management from order signing to planning, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and finance. In 2022, the MES information management system will be introduced to realize paperless management from product design, production scheduling, production progress tracking, and quality tracking.
Complete processing equipment, strict process flow, standardized production management, quality management and personnel management lay a good foundation.
What’s the payment term?
When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF, DAP, or other methods. During production, we generally pay 30% in advance and then pay the balance of 70% before shipment. Our payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.
