It can not only wash the clothes that can be washed by the normal washing machines but also wash clothes that cannot be washed by normal washing machines, like coats made of wool, silk and woolen materials. By cooperating with wet cleaning addictive, it can effectively maintain the color and softness of all kinds of clothes. But there are some points that should be paid attention to when operating the wet cleaning machines.

When using wet cleaning programs, proper wet cleaning detergents should be chosen. Normal detergents can not protect the fiber, while professional wet cleaning detergents can protect the sensitive fabric and fiber and reduce the condition of shrinkage and color fading.
Loading Volume of the Wet Cleaning Machine
When using wet cleaning programs, the loading volume of the clothes is strictly controlled.
① Normal clothes
60% to 70% of the loading capacity ( cannot be full)
② Delicate clothes
Less than 50% of the loading capacity
③ The clothes from the same linen cart should have similar unit weight and size. Wool sweaters and wool coats should not be washed together.
The Requirements of Drying
The drying process of the clothes after wet cleaning is important and should comply with the relevant requirements.
① After wet cleaning, the clothes shouldn’t be dried completely. About 10% of water should be kept and completed by air-drying. Over will easily cause problems like shrinkage and stiffness. Kingstar industrial washing machines are equipped with humidity sensors. You can use a program to set the drying temperature.
② When drying, the inner temperature of dryer should be around 80℃. The temperature of the dryer’s steam outlet should be around 60℃.
③ The drying time is often 2 to 4 minutes.
Pre-treatment
① The clothes with special stains should be pre-treated. Choose the proper pre-treatment agent and apply it to the stains for 5 to 10 minutes and then load it into the machine for washing.
② Some severe stains that can not be removed even after wet cleaning can be rewashed once. However, some old stains cannot be thoroughly removed. Excessively pursuing stain removal may damage the clothes.
